Neuqua Valley High School partners with all military branches to connect those students who are interested in pursuing the military after graduation. We offer in-person visits where our military has a table in the Commons area of our school during lunch periods on select dates.

ASVAB TEST
  • The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB). Measures a student's strengths and potential for success in military training.

Military Academies
Are you interested in applying to a military academy? Here are some resources below that can help you get started!

Who needs a Congressional Nomination for a Service Academy? Students who are interested in attending the Air Force Academy, Merchant Marine Academy, Naval Academy, or West Point will need a Congressional nomination.
 
Check out upcoming events here: Rep. Underwood’s office is hosting a Service Academy Information Session on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at 9am CT at Cantigny Post 367 VFW in Joliet. Rep. Underwood encourages juniors and seniors who are interested in learning more or applying to one of the service academies to attend. Learn more here!
